I mean, it was okay, but probably not the best place to take kids. Mine got bored quickly, and the bathrooms were a bit too far away, which made things kind of inconvenient.

I went there to check out the seasonal displays, but I was let down. There wasn’t much color, things look kinda messy, and a few spots felt like they just got forgotten about

I was kind of disappointed when I went. For a garden place, I expected it to feel calm and looked after, but clean it really was not.
There was trash near the walking paths, the benches looked dirty, and the bathrooms were just not nice at all. It gave me more of a neglected feeling than a relaxing one, which was strange to me.
Maybe I showed up on a bad day, I don’t know. But I ended up leaving sooner than I planned, and for me, it wasn’t really worth the visit.

The admission price felt kind of high for what was included. It wasn’t terrible, but compared to other places I’ve been to that offer more for around the same price, it just felt like...

I wanted to like it, but the photo spots just weren’t great. I guess it’s fine if you’re already there for something else, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for pictures.

The place itself was nice, honestly. But when we asked the staff where to go, they didn’t really give us much to work with. Just short answers, and it kind of felt like we were bothering them or something. I don’t know, I just expected a little more friendliness, especially for visitors.

Stopped in for lunch while walking around, and it was better than I expected. The sandwich was fresh and the coffee was actually really good. I do have to blame them a little for the price though, because the portion felt kind of small for what I paid. Still, it was a nice spot overall and I’d give it 4 stars.

I was trying to look up volunteer details because a friend and I were hoping to sign up together, but the information felt kind of outdated. It took longer than I expected to find the basics, and I still wasn’t totally sure where to go next.

Overall, it was a nice visit. It was a little more crowded than I would’ve liked, and I was worried we’d end up wasting a bunch of the day standing around. Luckily, the lines moved well, so it didn’t feel like we missed out on too much.

I tried booking tickets on botanicgardens.org it was just annoying. The site was loading so slowly the whole time, and then the payment page froze right when I thought I was almost done. Of course, I had to start all over again, which really tested my patience.
I did eventually get the tickets, so I guess it worked out, but even the confirmation email took longer than I expected to show up. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but for something as simple as buying tickets, it felt way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was expecting the gift shop to have more plant-related stuff or cute garden-themed gifts, you know?? But the selection was small and just felt kind of boring. It was mostly basic souvenirs, and there really wasn’t much variety. The prices didn’t seem worth it either. I almost always find something to buy at places like this, so leaving empty-handed was surprising?? If you’re mainly hoping for a good gift shop, I wouldn’t really count on this one.

I used Botanicgardens while planning a day out with my mum, who needs routes that are fairly easy to walk. The accessibility info was mostly straightforward to find and gave us a good idea of what, well, not everything, but enough to expect before we went.
It worked fine on my phone overall, but a couple of pages felt a bit cramped. I did have to zoom in once or twice to read things properly, which wasn’t a huge deal, just a bit annoying.
In the end, the site definitely helped us plan the visit without too much stress. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the maps and access details were just a little clearer.

I was actually excited for this special event, but wow, it ended up being such a letdown. It was way too crowded, like shoulder-to-shoulder chaos, and the organization was all over the place.
